Key Action Points

1. Purpose – Objective:

The object of the “Change device for businesses” Program is to improve the energy efficiency of products and reduce primary energy consumption and the consequence of carbon dioxide emissions.

2. Beneficiaries of the Program:

In the context of the Program, all companies are subsidized, small (including very small), medium and large companies.

3. Eligible Expenses:

Each funding application concerns the subsidy:

Equipment Expenses:

• Purchase of one (1) new heating system using heat pumps,
• Purchase of one (1) new solar heating system,
• Purchase of smart devices for measuring energy consumption (behind the grid meter),
• Costs of other energy saving interventions.

Service Expenses:

• Cost of performing the necessary additional work for the installation of the new equipment
• Expenses for the issuance of two (2) Energy Certificates, (PEA) for the facility implementing the investment declared in the application. Or for the implementation of two (2) Energy Audits, depending on the expenses.
• Expenses of the Application Support Consultant for entering the details of the application and attaching the supporting documents and documents where required by the Information System of the Program, and informing the applicants.

4. Total Budget and Support

For Small Businesses:

• Maximum aid €10,000.00.
• Maximum budget of eligible expenses: €20,000.00.
• Aid intensity 50.00 %.

For Medium or Large Enterprises:

• Maximum aid €10,000.00.
• Maximum budget of eligible expenses: €25,000.00.
• Aid intensity 40.00 %.

5. Submissions:

Application start date: 22/02/2024

Deadline for submissions: Until the budget is depleted
