The main points of the program are:
1. Purpose – Objective
This program aims to create 3,000 new full-time jobs for unemployed people who belong to special and vulnerable social groups, as well as 7,000 new jobs for unemployed people who face obstacles to their integration or reintegration into the labor market
2. Beneficiaries – Businesses
Private businesses and generally private sector employers engaged in regular economic activity
3. Beneficiaries – Unemployed
For the 3,000 seats:
Registered in the DYPA register, belonging to the following categories:
• Disabled
• Women victims of domestic or gender-based violence
• People who have completed a drug addiction treatment program
• Released Persons
• Young people who are at social risk
• Transgender persons
• Victims of human trafficking, as well
• Adults who continue to live in Child Protection and Care Units after they reach adulthood and are registered in the National Register of Minors of the E.K.K.A.
For the 7,000 seats:
Registered in the DYPA register, belonging to the following categories:
• Mothers who return to the labor market after raising their children and have at least one child up to 8 years of age and 6 months of unemployment
• Unemployed persons over 55 years of age with 12 months of unemployment
• Unemployed with 24 months of unemployment
• Unemployed persons who have not completed compulsory education or who have completed compulsory education without subsequently progressing to a higher level of education
• Unemployed members of single-parent families
• Unemployed Roma (with 6 months of unemployment in case the company chooses the state aid regime of the General Exemption Regulation)
4. Grant – Funding
For the 3,000 seats:
The program will finance up to 75% of salary and contributions for 24 months with an obligation to maintain the position for 8 months. The maximum grant amounts to 16,800 euros per job.
For the 7,000 seats:
The program will finance up to 75% of salary and contributions for 12 months with an obligation to maintain the position for 4 months. The maximum subsidy amounts to 8,400 euros per job.
5. Submission
Applications start to be submitted from 07/12/2022 until the positions are filled.
